Reiki I

Reiki I introduces you to the principles and techniques of Reiki, empowering you to harness this healing energy for personal wellness.

Reiki I, also know as Shoden (‘The entrance’), provides the foundation and history of Reiki.  Through attunements and practice, you cultivate and strengthen your internal energy, facilitating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing.

You learn essential techniques to apply Reiki to yourselves and others, including family and friends, fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth.
